Privacy policy
Last updated: September 2026
This page describes, in concrete terms, what the site does with the information you send it. It is deliberately short: the site collects very little.
What we collect
Only what you enter in the contact form:
- your name;
- your email address;
- your phone number, if you choose to provide it;
- the subject of your request and the message you write.
When your request is recorded, the date and the sending IP address are added, and kept to limit automated submissions.
Audience measurement
The site uses Google Analytics 4 to know the number of visits, the pages viewed and where visitors come from. This tool sets measurement cookies (an anonymous visit identifier); the data is aggregated, does not identify you, and is not used for advertising. You can object by blocking cookies in your browser or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
What we do not do
- No advertising trackers, no ad networks.
- No data is sold, rented or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.
- No profiling, no automated decision-making.
Why, and for how long
This information is used solely to respond to your request and to follow up the resulting exchange. It is kept for three years from the last contact, then deleted.
Where it is stored
Your request is recorded on the server hosting this site, in Germany, in a space accessible only to administrators, then forwarded by email to the people at the firm responsible for handling it. No third-party form-collection service is involved.
Your rights
In accordance with Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete information concerning you.
To exercise it, write to contact@nassihacom.ma or call +212 662 350 655. You may also refer the matter to the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP).
Contact
Any question about this policy can be addressed to the firm via the contact page or by email.
